摘    要:隧道管棚支护主要是依靠在岩层中打入钢管并通过注浆使钢管与周围的土体固结,形成一个整体支护体来确保隧道施工安全的一种超前支护工艺。随着隧道施工的不断发展,管棚支护在隧道施工中使用得越来越广泛。本文是对照壁山隧道石英岩破碎带密排管棚施工的总结,对同类地质的隧道施工具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:Tunnel pipe roof support is mainly rely on in the rocks into the steel tube and through grouting steel pipe with the surrounding soil consolidation, forming a whole support system to ensure the safety of tunnel construction which is a kind of advanced supporting process. With the continuous development of tunnel construction, pipe roof support is more and more widely used in the tunnel construction. The article summarizes the quartzite Zhaobi mountain tunnel fracture zone of exhaust pipe roof construction, which has a certain reference significance in the similar geological tunnel construction.
