| 摘 要： | 加强高校党建工作,实现办学目标,应着重加强学校领导班子建设,提高领导班子的执政兴校能力;加强中层干部队伍建设,提高中层干部队伍的执行能力;加强教职工党员队伍建设,发挥广大党员在教书育人中的表率作用。本文重点阐述了加强队伍建设的必要性和具体措施。
