中职学生知识与技能的“专”与“广”及教学策略

摘    要:中职教育对学生培养中知识和能力的"专"与"广"是对立统一的。"专"具有引领作用,是核心。"广"是基于"专"的拓展弥补和充实"专"的不足。它们在某种情况下又相互转化,主导它们之间的关系和地位的,是中职教育的就业导向。因此,必须从就业需要出发,处理好二者的关系。

Abstract:Secondary vocational education is to train students in the knowledge and ability of "special" and "wide" which is the unity of opposites. The guiding function to the "Special" is the core. "Wide" is based on it to expand a supplement and to enrich it. Mutual transformation between them and the relation- ship between them is of secondary vocational education employment guidance. So it must precede from the employment needs to handle the mutual relationship.
