| 摘 要： | 装配式预应力混凝土箱梁在桥梁工程中的应用越来越广泛,箱梁预制施工质量至关重要。本文结合工程实际,从箱梁预制施工的准备工作、钢筋绑扎、管道布置、混凝土浇筑、预应力张拉、孔道压浆等方面的质量控制进行了论述和总结,保证了箱梁预制的施工质量,对同类工程施工质量具有借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The prefabricated prestressed concrete box girder in bridge engineering is applied more and more widely, and box girder precast construction quality is very important. Combined with practical engi- neering, from the box girder precast construction preparation, reinforcement assembling and piping layout, concrete pouring, the prestressed tensioning, hole grouting quality control are discussed and summarized to guarantee the construction quality of box girder precast, which could be a reference for similar engineering construction quality. |
