基于PLC的单向风电式动力头钻孔机床控制系统设计

摘    要:论文介绍了具有气缸自动夹紧工件和从夹具上自动顶出工件功能的单向风电式动力头钻孔机床的基本结构和特点,讨论了如何利用PLC实现钻孔机床的自动化控制,根据企业使用和机床控制的要求,选择适宜的PLC机型,设计了控制系统的硬件和软件。经过实际的组装、调试,钻孔机床满足了企业使用和加工精度的要求,提高了生产率。

Abstract:The article introduces the basic structure and characteristics of unidirectional wind power head type drilling machine, which has automatic cylinder clamp and can eject work piece automatically. It discusses how to realize the automation of drilling machine based on PLC. According to the requirements of enterprise and machine control, it chooses the appropriate PLC, and designs the hardware and software of the control system. Through the actual assemble debugging, the drilling machine meet the requirements of the enterprise and accuracy, and improve the productivity.
