摘    要:科学实用的高职教师倦怠测评工具,对减轻和消除高职教师心理压力、预防与减少职业倦怠、提高工作效率与积极性、增强幸福感具有重要意义。构建"辽宁高职院校专任教师职业倦怠量表"并进行检验,通过探索性因子分析、人口学变量分析,并对测量结果进行系统分析,检验量表的科学性与合理性。力图通过该量表的实际测量,达到检验高职专任教师职业倦怠状况的目的,进而为减轻教师职业倦怠、提高教师心理健康水平提供借鉴和依据。

Abstract:It is necessary to use scientific and practical vocational burnout assessment tools to reduce and eliminate the psychological pressure, to prevent and reduce occupational burnout, to improve the efficiency and motivation of working and to enhance happiness. Through the analysis of exploratory factors and demographic variables, building the scale of occupational burnout about vocational full-time teachers in Liaoning Province can identify the scientific and rationality of the scale. With the actual measurement of the scale, it is able to achieve the purpose of inspecting the status of vocational burnout about full-time teachers. Thus, it would provide the reference and basis for mitigating burnout and improving the mental health of teachers.
