汽车电子机械制动技术的发展及其关键技术

摘    要:电子机械制动系统是线控技术与汽车制动系统相结合而成的线控制动,它改变传统液压或气压制动执行元件为电驱动元件,由于电驱动系统的可控性好、响应速度快的特点,电子机械制动系统显现出良好发展前景。现代汽车制动控制技术正朝着电子机械制动控制方向发展,电子机械制动系统将取代以液压或气压为主的传统制动控制系统。本文介绍了电子机械制动技术的发展、现状,对电子机械式制动系统的结构、性能特点进行了分析,最后讨论了电子机械制动系统的关键技术。

Abstract:The electro-mechanical braking system is the combination of by-wire technology and braking system,and it changes the traditional actuator-liquid or air pressure-into power driven actuator.Because of the well controllability characteristics and rapid responsibility of power driven system,there reveals a bright future to electro-mechanical braking system.Today's braking control technology is developing towards electro-mechanical braking control technology,and electro-mechanical braking system will take the place of traditional braking system.In this paper the development and present status of electro - mechanical braking technologies are introduced,and the structure and performance of electro-mechanical braking system are analyzed.Finally the key technologies are discussed.
