| 摘 要： | 高职高专人才培养目标是培养高技能、高素质的专职人才,学生职业能力的培养是整个学生培养工作的重中之重,本论文侧重于提出构建"职业模拟公司教学模式",从明晰"模拟公司培养模式"的理论基础;"模拟公司培养模式"的设计思路与构建;践行"双线并行、三级递进"的培养模式,即:学生专业技能培养实行"初中高"三级递进和学生职业素养培养实行"一二三"三级递进等几个方面着手,积极探讨汽车检测与维修技术专业基于"模拟公司"的职业能力培养模式,在践行了行为导向教学理念的基础上,创新了高职学生职业能力培养思路,实现职业教育人才培养目标。
