| 摘 要： | "双师型"教师队伍是高等职业教育持续健康发展的关键因素。本文首先分析了当前我国高等职业院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的现状,然后从转变思想观念、制定科学发展规划、建立激励制度、加强兼职教师队伍建设等四个方面进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The construction of double-qualified teaching body is the key to the healthy and sustainable development of vocational education. This article analyzed the current situation of building double-qualified teaching body in vocational colleges, and expounded from four aspects, including a change of perception,scientific development planning, introducing incentive system, and strengthening the construction of parttime faculty. |
