| 摘 要： | 作为发展中国家的企业,无论从实力的角度,还是从经验的角度,与发达国家的跨国公司相比都有很大的差距,因此对外直接投资的理论基础应该是有所不同的。通过现在的一些发展中国家对外投资理论的分析,指出了其立场、观点上的局限,进而为我国企业进行对外直接投资,获取国际资源、培育竞争优势和国际竞争力,提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | Comparing with mnc of developed countries,developing countries have a big difference in strength and experience,so the- oretical basis of direct investment abroad is also different.Based on the theory of direct investment abroad,this paper discusses limita- tion of their standpoint and point of view,so they can provide theoretical basis for direct investment abroad,acquiring international re- sources,breeding competitive advantage and international competitve ability for our enterprise. |
