| 摘 要： | 新环境下,高职院校的学生管理面临着新的挑战,班级作为学生的最基本归属单元,在高校发挥着不可忽视的作用,尤其是在培养一线应用型人才的高职院校,如何能够通过有效的方法,使学生能够体会到最基本的约束与关爱;如何通过班级的优化管理,实现高职院校的和谐。

| Abstract: | In the new environment,students in higher vocational schools are confronted with many new challenges.As the most basic unit of students,classes play important roles in colleges,especially in higher vocational schools which foster practical talents of production line.This paper explains how to effectively give basic restriction and care to students and how to achieve harmonious environment by means of class management optimization in higher vocational schools. |
