| 摘 要： | 精神文化是校园文化的核心和灵魂。高职校园文化建设的成功与否取决于校园精神文化的塑造。江苏高职校园文化的建构要以“江苏精神”为宏大背景，以校园精神文化的重塑、教育观念的更新和校园文化主体作用的发挥为基础，重点培养学生的科学和理性精神、倡导创业和创新精神、鼓励冒险和闯荡精神。
