| 摘 要： | 信息的飞速发展给高校技术工人的职业道德和职业技能提出了新的、更高的要求。目前,高校技术工人职业素养的状况还不能够适应信息化的要求。高校可以通过采取更新人才观念、加快人事和分配制度的改革步伐、建立和完善高校技术工人培训体系及建立竞争激励机制等措施,提高技术工人的职业道德修养和职业技能水平,以适应信息化背景下高校信息化建设的需要。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of information technology,the skilled workers at colleges have been meeting with increasingly high requirements in terms of their professional ethics and vocational skills.In the paper,the countermeasures to deal with the issue on how to improve the professional quality of those personnel concerned in the context of informationalization are put forward in detail. |
