摘    要:文章研究了STCW 10修正案对轮机工程技术专业教学的影响,并提出调整专业人才培养方案、改善专业实践教学条件、加强专业教师队伍建设、强化学生管理、采取多元化教学手段及教学方法等五项对策,对修正案的顺利履约及提升轮机专业人才培养质量具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:On the basis of an analysis of the influence of STCW10 amendments on marine engineering,this article puts forward five countermeasures such as adjusting talents cultivation scheme,improving practice teaching conditions,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,enhancing the management of students as well as adopting diversified teaching methods,which is of certain reference significance to the smooth implementation of STCW10 amendments and the promotion of talents cultivation quality of marine engineering.
