| 摘 要： | 文章从多个角度对我国航海类高职高专院校毕业生整体素质下降的原因进行了分析,指出了航运界现行政策和体制上存在的一些问题和弊端,然后就如何解决这些问题,提出了相应的对策,以提高航海类高职院校学生的综合素质。
