| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了高校预算科学化精细化管理的内涵,指出了当前高校预算管理中存在的问题,并从优化财政预算编制、减少固定指标的费用项目、改革现有预算管理环境、建立预算管理信息系统等八个方面详细论述加强高校预算科学化精细化管理的具体对策,具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on a brief introduction of scientific and intensive management of college budget,this article analyzes the existing problems in current college budget management.In addition,it puts forward countermeasures to strengthen scientific and intensive management of college budget from the aspects of optimizing financial budget,decreasing expense projects with fixed index,reforming the current environment of budget management as well as establishing the information system of budget management,which is expected to be of significance in guidance. |
