| Abstract: | In combination with the practice of strengthening budget management in Nanjing Communications Institute,this article expounds the approaches to strengthen budget management from the angles of full participation,budget programming,project expenditure management,budget execution and monitoring as well as financial information construction,which is expected to be of significance in promoting the scientific and intensive management of budget in vocational colleges. |
