基于熵权属性识别模型的港口水域交通环境风险评价

摘    要:为给船舶安全航行制定预防措施,文章将熵权法和属性理论相结合,建立了港口水域交通环境风险评价的熵权属性识别模型,并结合嘉兴港进行了应用,得出了各评价区域的风险等级和排序。评价结果表明,该评价方法结果合理,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to set up preventive measures for the safe navigation of ships, an entropy coefficient of attribute recognition model, together with the entropy value theory and attribute mathematical theory, has been established for port area environmental quantitative evaluation and employed to assess the environmental risk of Jia Xing Port with the risk value of different areas obtained. The result shows that the evaluation is reliable and has a better application prospect.
