| 摘 要： | 文章分析了高职院校学生的职业观特点，阐述了高职院校开展精细化职业指导的重要性，并从树立正确就业观念、细化职业指导服务、运用多元化指导方式、构建精细化职业指导体系等四个方面提出了应对策略．对高职院校学生就业具有一定的实践指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of vocational college students＂ outlook towards occupation, this article expounds the significance of implementing refined occupational guidance in vocational colleges. In addition, it puts forward the countermeasures from the angles of establishing correct concepts of employment, refining occupational guidance, implementing multi-dimensional instruction methods as well as constructing refined occupational guidance system. |
