| 摘 要： | 建设项目工程造价应实行全过程管理。文章分别对投资决策阶段、项目设计阶段、招投标阶段、项目施工实施阶段以及竣工结算阶段五个方面的重点和难点进行了剖析和思考,指出了工程造价管理人员在实际工作中应重点注意和切实加强管理的方面。
