| Abstract: | The construction of rural communities is key to the new rural development, while the selection of governance model determines the effectiveness of rural community development. The paper analyzes the theorieson community governance and presents three options based on the uniqueness of Chinese countryside, which provides the parties involved with theoretical and decision-making reference. |
