| 摘 要： | 文章在简要说明规范化安全评估(FSA,Formal Safety Assessment,也译为综合安全评估)的目的、方法和特点的基础上,根据船舶航行安全的需要,结合中远集装箱运输有限公司/上海远洋运输公司和上海港引航管理站船舶安全航行与引航FSA应用研究的具体情况和结果,论述了FSA在船舶航行安全中的具体应用方法,并就进一步做好FSA在船舶航行安全中的应用工作提出了一些意见和设想。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the brief introduction to the aims, methods and characteristics of Formal Safety Assessment (FSA) and in combination of the detailed information and results of the research projects of ship safety navigation which carried out for the China Ocean Shipping Company (COSCO) Container Lines/Shanghai Ocean Shipping Company and Shanghai Harbour Pilot Administration Station by the way of FSA, this paper discusses the detailed ways about the application of FSA to the safety navigation of ships. It also puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the further proper application of FSA in the field of the safety navigation of ships. |
