| Abstract: | Pearl River Delta urban railway transit has entered the historic period of rapid development. This article analyses the role of rail transportation in the Pearl River Delta in four sides: commitment to urban public transport passenger traffic, guidance of urban development and new community construction, traffic pattern of Guangzhou for Spring Festivals, reduction of urban-rural difference and regional disparities in the promotion of harmonious society. |
