公共汽车满意度及其影响因素研究——以湛江市为例

本文研究公共汽车满意度问题,根据预调查提出变量,结合李克特五点量表设计调查问卷,采用发放街头问卷和线上小程序收集数据的方法,建立了多元线性回归模型,运用SPSS数据分析对问卷回收结果进行分析,得到湛江市公共汽车满意度的结果。其中线覆盖程度、司乘人员服务态度、车内乘客文明程度以及车内设施设置(座位、扶手、消防、空调)四个自变量和是否常居湛江一个控制变量对公共汽车满意度产生影响。本文从公共汽车公司、政府、乘客三个方面切入,奉行效用最优及以人为本原则,提出建议。

Bus satisfaction and its influencing factors——a case study of Zhanjiang City

This paper investigates and analyzes bus satisfaction.We proposed variables according to the pre-survey,designed a questionnaire based on likert five-point scale,and established a multiple linear regression model by means of distributing questionnaires on the street and collecting data through online mini-program.SPSS data analysis was used to analyze the questionnaire recovery results and obtain the bus satisfaction results of zhanjiang.Among them,four independent variables such as line coverage,service attitude of the passengers,civilization of the passengers in the car,and factors such as the installation of seat armrest,fire control and air conditioning in the car facilities,as well as a control variable such as whether people often live in zhanjiang,have an impact on the satisfaction of the bus.This article from the bus company,the government,passengers three aspects,the implementation of the utility of the best and people-oriented principle,put forward recommendations.
