| 摘 要： | 本文根据吕梁市城区道路的交通调查数据，分析了中小城市的道路交通特征，找出了中小城市在交通管理方面存在的问题，并对这些问题的成因进行了具体的分析，最后有针对性地提出了中小城市的交通管理办法，希望能给国内相关城市提供借鉴。
