浅谈公路日常养护科学决策管理体系

为贯彻交通运输部提出的公路养护十六字方针,逐步实现公路养护决策科学化、管理规范化、作业标准化的养护管理目标,通过多年来对养护管理模式的不断探索与完善,逐步建立了以“区段管理”思路为基础的公路日常养护科学决策管理体系,该体系包含公路病害认知、区段路况数据分类与分析、养护策略与方案选择、优化养护资金四部分组成,彻底改变了传统意义上的被动养护观念,注重考虑公路养护的长期效果.

Brief Discussion on Scientific Decision-making and Management System of Highway Daily Maintenance

To implement the highway maintenance 16 -character principle which Ministry of Transport, and gradually achieve maintenance management objectives of is put forward by the highway maintenance scientification of decision- making, management standardization, and operation standardization. By years of continuously exploring and perfecting maintenance management mode, scientific decision - making and management system of highway daily maintenance has been established on the basis of ＂ section control＂ idea. This system contains four aspects, namely, highway diseases cognition, segment traffic data classification and analysis, maintenance strategy and scheme selection, concept of passive maintenance and paying optimization of conservation funds. Changing thoroughly the traditional great attention on the longterm effect of highway maintenance .
