摘    要:随着城市发展,上海市人口增长的重点逐渐由中心城区转向城市外围地区,将对动迁居民的通勤出行产生巨大影响,有必要对该类人群的出行特征进行研究。以上海市嘉定区江桥基地为例,开展出行调查,分析搬迁至该社区的居民的通勤出行特征,包括出行时耗、出行距离、出发时间、出行方式、工作地点。将动迁通勤者与非动迁通勤者及上海市中心城区通勤出行数据进行对比分析,结果显示,虽然一部分动迁居民改变了工作地点,但总体上其通勤出行时耗和出行距离更长、出发时间更早。最后,针对江桥基地周边交通系统提出改善建议。

Abstract:A large number of residents in Shanghai have moved from urban central areas to suburban due to recent urban development. It is necessary to investigate the travel characteristics of these residents whose commuting trips are affected as a result. Taking Jiangqiao community in Jiading district of Shanghai as an example, this paper analyzes the commuting travel characteristics of relocated residents such as travel time, travel distance, departure time, mode choice, and workplace based on a travel survey. The paper compares the travel data between relocated residents, non-relocated residents in the Jiangqiao community, and residents within central areas of Shanghai. The results show that relocated residents have longer commuting time and distance and depart earlier than other groups although some relocated residents have changed workplace. Finally, the paper provides suggestions on improving the transportation system in and around the Jiangqiao community.
