摘    要:结合北京市可变信息板(VMS)应用现状,研究在不同道路状况下VMS对驾驶人路径选择行为的影响。通过SP调查收集相关数据,引入重力模型和Logit模型进行数据分析,利用VISSIM软件实现了静态交通模拟和动态交通模拟。研究表明,当部分驾驶人按照VMS提示信息选择替代路径后,道路拥堵状况得到缓解,路网平均延误时间减少23.63%;随着路段车流密度增大,VMS诱导效用递增,在第46min出现效用最大值;因拥堵造成平均车速在30km·h。左右的城市快速路最适宜设立VMS以改善路网运行状况。

Abstract:With respect to the application of variable message signs (VMSs) in Beijing, this paper conducts a research on the im pact of VMSs on driver' s route selection behaviors in different traffic conditions. Based on Stated Preference survey data, the pa per, taking advantage of Gravity and Logit models, performs a static and dynamic simulation in Vissim. The simulation results show that: 1) road congestion is relieved, especially when a por tion of drivers change routes according to VMSs the average net work delay is reduced by 23.63%; 2) the guiding effect of VMSs improves as the increase of vehicle density over a road segment, and reaches the maximum at the 46 minutes; 3) to improve traffic operation it is most suitable to use VMSs on urban expressway with a speed of 30 kilometers per hour as a result of congestion.
