Practice and Implication of Traffic Impact Assessments in Hong Kong

This paper presents a discussion on practice and implementation process of traffic impact assessments (TIAs) in Hong Kong, China, in particular on TIA requirements for new development projects and the key steps leading to a success of implementation of these requirements by the Hong Kong SAR government.
