| 摘 要： | 为作好奥运会交通筹备工作，前期需要作好奥运会交通规划和组织管理工作。在分析北京奥运交通需求特点的基础上，提出了奥运交通筹备工作的主要任务及应采取的技术策略，同时对场馆交通运行管理涉及的主要内容进行了分析，探讨了奥运交通组织指挥系统框架，并对做好筹备工作、提高交通服务水平提出了相关建议。
