摘    要:从TOD的实质和效益入手,分析了引入TOD的必要性,提出了基于TOD理念的轨道交通站点周边用地规划调整的技术方法,即树立工作目标、确定研究方法、分析研究范围、确定调整策略、分析土地开发潜力,并以苏州市为例,探讨了站点用地调整、规划的具体方法.

Abstract:In regards of substance and effects about TOD, this paper analyzes the necessity of TOD introduction. Based on TOD concepts, the paper proposes approaches to land-use planning and adjustment in the vicinities of rail transit stations. These approaches include setting up overall objectives, determining technical methods, analyzing study scopes, and developing adjustment scenarios, An example is provided to illustrate how the approaches are utilized in land-use planning and adjustment near rail transit stations in Suzhou.
