摘    要:为应用于复杂城市路网的浮动车系统建设,提出了利用浮动车数据实时计算路网速度的系统建设流程,包括GPS数据接收、数据预处理、数据在电子路网底图上的匹配以及路段运行车速计算。并从数据过滤合理性、地图匹配效率、路网覆盖率及结果可信度等方面验证了该方法的可行性与实际效果。经验证,原始GPS数据经过预处理过滤后能显著提高点匹配率,而改进的路径匹配算法能使过滤后的数据达到95%左右的匹配率,基本覆盖大部分北京市快速路和主干路。

Abstract:Based on actual floating car data, this paper puts forward a processing flow for the real-time floating car system applied to a complex urban road network, including GPS data receiving, data pre-processing, map-matching and section travel speed calculation. And a se-ries of experiments are reported on to validate the feasibility and efficiency of the system from the aspects of data filtration rationality, map-matching efficiency, and road coverage and results reliability. The experiments show that the preiltration of GPS data can greatly increase point match rate, and the advanced route searching algorithm can achieve matching accuracy of about 95%. The result also shows that the GPS can cover almost all expressways and arterial routes in Beijing.
