| 摘 要： | 奥运城市交通仿真平台用于模拟奥运期间北京市区交通运行状况，在宏观和微观层面上提供交通规划、交通组织、交通需求管理方案测试的平台。仿真平台采用先进的基于活动链的理念，在分析城市日常交通需求和赛时交通特征变化的基础上，以大量的实测数据为基础搭建了模型的框架体系，并介绍了背景交通模型和奥运运行模型两部分内容。最后，以赛时交通需求管理政策的制定为例，说明了奥运城市交通仿真平台的应用。
