| 摘 要： | 借鉴国际著名CBD的交通发展经验，有助于科学规划我国城市CBD交通的良性发展。首先通过对53个CBD的岗位密度和通勤交通模式的统计分析，指出CBD非公共交通通勤模式存在容量约束现象，其岗位密度与公共交通通勤比例存在正相关关系。在总结纽约曼哈顿和伦敦金融城两个著名世界级CBD的交通需求和通勤模式特征的基础上，详细分析了支撑其通勤模式的交通设施供应模式、未来面临的岗位增长压力和选择的交通发展战略。最后指出上海市陆家嘴金融城的土地利用规划和交通系统规划存在的不适应性，并对其未来合理的通勤交通模式和交通设施供应策略提出了初步建议。
