论司法公信力的逻辑渊源

司法公信力是司法权运作和公众心理认同的高度契合,是一个双向互动的过程。司法之所以具有公信力是社会契约的必然结果,同时也是人性本能的向往。据此,我国应以司法公信力作为促进司法改革的原动力,在有效司法改革的基础上,提升司法公信力。
