摘    要:反思我国工科高校工学人才培养状况,存在的主要问题,一是工学类毕业生培养的基本工作能力呈现下降趋势;二是工学类专业学生实习和实践环节亟待加强;三是部分工学类专业急需更新课程教学内容;四是部分工学类专业急需改进教学方法。高校人才培养结构调整到满足中国产业升级的需要,除了从人才供应量上补充,还需要从"质"上进行根本改革。为此,从三个方面提出了工科高校学生工程实践能力培养的范畴,从四个方面提出了工科高校学生工程实践能力培养的基本思路。

Abstract:According to the situation of engineering university talent training,this paper points out the main problems.The first is the basic work ability of engineering graduates show a downward trend;second is that practice link of students needs to be strengthened;third is part of engineering professional need to updating teaching content;the fourth is the teaching methods also need to change.The structure adj ustment in the talent training to meet the needs of chinese industrial upgrading,not only from the supply of talent,but also need to be reformed from the"quality". Therefore,the paper proposes practical ability training category of engineering students from three aspects and put forward the basic idea of ability training from four aspects.
