| 摘 要： | 社会保障是现代国家最重要的经济社会制度之一,建立健全与经济发展水平相适应的社会保障制度,是经济社会协调发展的必然要求.文章对我国现阶段城市和农村的社会保障建设情况进行了比较研究,指出建立城乡统筹的社会保障体制已经成为我国经济社会发展的必然取向,国家应提供强有力的制度保证,打破二元体制,逐步建立起三维型城乡社会保障体系,以实现城乡社会保障制度最终统一的目标.

| Abstract: | Social security is one of the key economy and society system,and it is necessary for harmonious development of economy and society to make and perfect the social security system which is suitable for economy development.The social security coordination construction between urban and rural areas in China is compared,and that it is the necessary way for development of economy and society is pointed out.The government should support it with forceful system and choose three-dimensional structure of social security system between urban and rural areas step by step instead of the binary structure.Finally,the aim is to get social security coordination system between urban and rural areas in China. |
