摘    要:对现有GPRS远程监控系统存在的不足进行了分析,融合GIS、GPS技术强大的地理信息分析能力与嵌入式手持终端较为灵活的移动能力,设计出一种GIS/GPRS/GPS远程监控手持终端系统.通过该手持终端可以随时随地进行监控工作,同时可以辅助定制安防策略.

Abstract:The disadvantages of the existing GPRS remote monitoring system have been analyzed in this paper. Simultaneously, combined the powerful geography information analysis ability of the GIS and the GPS technology and the powerful migration ability of embedded hand-hold terminal, a hand-hold terminal of GIS/GPRS/GPS remote monitoring system has been designed in this paper. With the hand-hold terminal, monitoring work can be carried on anytime and anywhere. And this hand-hold terminal can also assist monitoring human to customize optimally safety protection policy.
