摘    要:首先详细介绍CAD/CAE/CAM技术在机械行业中的应用过程,然后通过206转向架吊杆的设计、校核和加工,探讨了该技术在铁道车辆零部件设计与制造中应用的可行性和使用过程.主要内容包括:应用CAD软件(Solidworks)完成吊杆的结构设计;运用软件CAE(ANSYS)对吊杆的结构进行有限元分析、强度校核和吊杆结构改进;应用CAM软件(CAXA)对吊杆结构进行模拟数控加工.分析表明,尽快在铁路车辆制造业中引入CAD/CAE/CAM技术势在必行.

Abstract:At first,the application process of CAD/CAE/CAM in mechanism field is introduced in detail.Then,the feasibility and application process of this technology in design and manufacture of the parts used on the rolling stock are researched by designing,validating and NC manufacturing of hanger of 206 truck.The main contents include that designing structure of hanger using CAD software(Solidworks);finite analyzing,strength validating and structure improving of hanger using CAE software(ANSYS);NC manufacture simulating of hanger using CAM software(CAXA).The results show that the application of CAD/CAE/CAM in manufacture of rolling stock is imperative.
