| 摘 要： | 行车安全监控管理平台是青藏铁路综合安全监控系统中的一个子系统,实现对青藏铁路安全检查和监测信息的接入、处理与共享应用;管理平台利用综合安全计算机网络,将各类行车安全检测、监控设备和系统产生的报警信息、人工检查安全问题数据通过统一的监测数据接口接入集中存储和管理,为各级用户提供安全监控信息的综合访问.本文分析了在青藏铁路特殊环境下行车安全监控管理平台应具备的功能,构建了行车安全监控管理平台的体系构架,分析了行车安全监控报警信息闭环业务处理流程.该平台的建设将为青藏铁路提供高效可靠的行车安全监控手段,填补高原铁路监控系统建设的空白.
