| 摘 要： | 介绍等离子轰击清洗设备系统构成、工作过程及技术要求,分析并设计了使用OMRON PLC实现在等离子轰击设备中的真空系统和工件输送系统的多任务联锁控制,对PLC控制系统构建中系统的硬件、软件结构及工作原理进行了说明,并指出了提高系统可靠性和抗干扰设计方法.

| Abstract: | The system constitution, the work process and the technical request of large plasma bombardment cleaning device are presented. Moreover, the multi-duties interlocking control of the vacuum system and the workpiece feeding system designed by the OMRON PLC in the equipment are analyzed. The system hardware,software structure and the working principle of the PLC control system construction are narrated as well as it is pointed out how to enhance system reliability and the antijamming design method. |
