连续弯梁的支座体系转换控制技术

摘    要:采用悬臂法施工的体系转换技术已经非常成熟,而造桥机拼装连续弯梁还是一种全新的施工工艺,在造桥机施工的不同阶段,支座情况对箱梁受力影响很大,通过对支座反力和约束情况的分析,制定了支座预偏和支座横向限位等措施,有效地保障了桥梁结构的安全.

Abstract:In balanced cantilever erection of bridge beam,the technology of bearing system transformation is really ripe,while assembling continuous curved beam by bridge fabrication machine is a totally new method.At different stage of bridge fabrication,the bearing has great impact on box beam stress.An analysis was made of bearing reaction and confinement,and measures were made for pre-displacement and lateral limit of bearing to ensure the safety of bridge structure.
