基于网络环境下的高校德育工作对策探析

网络的全面普及给高校德育工作带来了巨大冲击和严峻挑战,革新传统德育模式,探索适宜于网络环境下德育工作的新途径,研究新对策,是摆在高等学校德育工作者面前的一项紧迫任务。本文从创建学校德育网站、建立师生网上沟通机制、提高学生网络素质、加强德育工作队伍和优化德育工作网络环境几方面入手,探索和分析了网络环境下有效开展高校德育工作的对策。

On Strategies of Moral Education for Higher Education Based on Internet Environment

The overall prevailing of the Internet is bringing great impact and severe challenge to the morality education in universities.It is urgent for the educators in moral education to modify the traditional moral education models,explore the new approaches that are suitable for moral education under the circumstance of Internet and research of the new strategies as well.Therefore,the effective strategies of moral education in the universities are probed and analysed in terms of the Internet environment from the perspectives of establishing the moral education websites at schools,setting up the on-line communicative systems between teachers and students,enhancing students'on-line qualities,strengthening the working ability of working staff and prioritizing the Internet environment for moral education.
