摘    要:根据结构动力学原理和有限元理论,建立了轮轨系统三维非线性有限元模型,用接触单元模拟轮轨实际的接触行为,计算了在不同行车速度下系统的振动特性沿轨道长度方向的变化规律.计算结果表明:系统的振动在距离轮轨接触中心点2.1m的范围内很快衰减,在2.1m之外其值变化很小;并且当速度达到350km·h-1时,系统的振动将会加剧,同时根据系统的振动情况和边界条件对计算结果的影响,建议钢轨计算长度取4.8~6m.

Abstract:Based on structural dynamics principle and finite element theory,a three dimensional nonlinear finite element model of wheel/rail system considering the contact behavior between wheel and rail is established.The rule that vibration characteristics change with the rail length at different train speeds is calculated.The results show that the system vibration along the rail reduces quickly within the scope of the wheel/rail contact center 2.1mand changes a litter in the outside scope of 2.1 m.At the same time,the vibration will be intensified when the train speed reaches the 350km/h.According to the influence of system vibration and boundary conditions on the simulation result,the rail length calculated can be 4.8m~6m.
