SUV汽车尾门外板A级曲面设计

摘    要:在分析SUV汽车尾门外板结构的基础上,介绍了一种应用NURBS理论的外板三维模型创建方法.该方法首先在CATIA V5中创建了外板曲面的主特征,然后在主特征的基础上制作出附加特征,并分别应用反射线、等照度线和多截面曲率梳方法对尾门外板的曲面质量进行了评价.结果表明被测曲面达到了A级曲面的各项要求.研究结果可为后续的尾门外板加工制造、安装等提供可靠的参考依据.

Abstract:According to the structural features of tail door external panel of SUV automobile,a method based on NURBS theory for three-dimensional model was introduced.This method,first-ly,created the main feature of external panel surface by suing CATIA V5 software,and then add-ed the additional feature to the main one.And then a variety of surface quality evaluating methods including reflection lines,isophotes mapping and multi-section curvature comb were applied to e-valuating the surface quality of the external panel.The result shows that the measured surface has satisfied the requirements of class A surface,and it will provide reliable reference for the subse-quent manufacturing process and installation of the external panel.
