摘    要:以深圳市蛇口南水步行街北侧新建王府酒店为例,运用ANSYS有限元软件建立模型,研究了王府酒店建成后对其下方既有地铁隧道安全性的影响,同时就王府酒店建成后邻近既有地铁隧道水平、竖向位移影响的特征进行了分析.结果表明,王府酒店建成后对既有地铁隧道位移的影响明显,但影响程度满足要求;王府酒店建成后对既有地铁隧道的影响程度随着隧道距基坑中心距离的减小而增大;王府酒店建成后既有地铁隧道左、右线与基坑中心相对位置的不同对隧道的水平、竖向位移影响不同;王府酒店建成后同一隧道断面顶部的竖向位移大于侧部和底部,而侧部的水平位移大于顶部和底部.

Abstract:Relying on the construction of Wangfu hotel in Shenzhen,the security influence of the construction of new building on the existed subway tunnels was studied by using the Ansys finite element method.It also analyzes the affected characteristics of the horizontal and vertical displace-ment of the existed subway tunnels.The results indicate that there are obvious effects of the new building on underground existed subway tunnels,and the degree of the effects satisfy the norms. With the decreasing of the distance between the tunnels along the length direction and the founda-tion center,the degree of the effects increase.The relative position between the existed left or right tunnel and the new building foundation pit has the different effects on the horizontal and vertical displacement of the existed tunnels.The vertical displacement of the top is larger than the side and the underside of the same tunnel.The horizontal displacement of the side is larger than the top and the underside of the same tunnel.
