| Abstract: | The imbalance of resource collocates is the important reason which leads to the differences between development of city and village.So from the requirement of establishing harmonious society,it is necessary to establish the balanced collocation of resources mechanism of city and village in order to harmonize the relationship between city and village,to realize equity of society and to accelerate the economic development of city and village integrally. |
