| Abstract: | Firstly, the present condition of college accounting personnel is analyzed. Secondly, the synthetical quality of college accounting personnel in the new period are discussed from five aspects of fair political quality, perfect vocational skill, excellent work ability, strict work style and healthy mentality. Finally, some advices are proposed to improve their quality. |
