厚壁混凝土箱梁施工过程中的温度应力分析研究

摘    要:由于在施工过程中厚壁混凝土箱梁产生的温度应力比较大,因此有必要对厚壁混凝土箱梁的温度应力进行分析研究.应用大型有限元分析程序ANSYS对兰州新城黄河大桥3#块箱梁混凝土施工过程中的温度场进行分析,并与测试结果进行了对比,结果表明,建立的有限元模型可以较好的仿真实际混凝土温度场.最后,对温度应力进行了仿真分析,提出了建议,可以为厚壁混凝土箱梁的施工提供参考依据.

Abstract:Since temperature stress in plate wall box girder is largely produced for changes of temperature at the period of construction,therefore,it is needed to research temperature stresses in plate wall box girder.In this paper the temperature field in the bottom plate of the No.3 concrete block in Lanzhou Xincheng Bridge over Yellow River is analyzed by means of the Finite Element Analysis(FEA) software.The computational results are compared with the experimental ones.The results show that the finite element model in the paper is correctly built to simulate the temperature field of the concrete in practice.Finally,we analyze the temperature stresses and put forward advice.It is hoped as a reference in the construction of plate wall box girder.
