摘    要:针对弹药销毁废水TNT、COD及色度含量高、水质稳定、难以降解的特点,进行了中试实验,研究了Fenton法处理TNT废水时各影响因子的机制,并确定了生产运行的各影响因子的最佳操作条件:c(H2O2)=0.1 mol/L,c(Fe2 )=1.80 mmol/L,pH=3.5,反应时间t=8 h.中试结果表明,TNT和COD的去除率均大于80%.在影响因子与TNT和COD去除率关系曲线的基础上,分析了弹药销毁废水中各影响因子的作用机理及主要控制步骤,在实际操作中应严格控制其反应条件.

Abstract:In view of the water quality of high TNT,COD and the chromaticity that is stable and is difficultly treated in ammunition disposal waste water,the scene experimental study has been conducted.Based on the scene experimental,the machnisms of affecting factors in treating ammunition disposal waste water by Fenton process were investigated.The optimal operating conditions determined are as following:c(H_2O_2)=0.1 mol/L,c(Fe~2 )=1.80 mmol/L,pH=3.5,reaction time t=12 h.The experimental result indicates that the TNT and COD removals are over 80%.The curves between affecting factors and TNT and COD removals are obtained.Based on the above results,the mechanisms of affecting factors and controlling steps of ammunition disposal waste water are analyzed.Its reaction condition in the actual operation should be strictly controlled.
